About IOPIA

IOPIA is a technology company. We design, build, connect and manage the technology that growing businesses depend on — and treat it as one environment rather than a set of separate projects.

Why IOPIA exists

Technology that grew in pieces.

Many growing businesses run on technology that was added one tool and one vendor at a time: a website from one provider, advertising from another, a CRM nobody connected, spreadsheets doing operational work and no internal technical owner.

Each piece may work, but the business pays for the gaps between them — leads lost between systems, the same data entered twice, unclear ownership of domains and accounts, and no single view of how things are going.

IOPIA exists to take responsibility for that whole environment: to design it, build what's missing, connect it and keep it running.

Approach

How IOPIA approaches technology

  • Systems before tools

Technology is chosen to fit how the business works. We map the process and the systems involved before recommending anything.

  • Connected over siloed

Website, CRM, email, payments, reporting and hosting are planned as parts of one environment, not separate purchases.

  • Built to be maintained

Systems are documented and structured so they can be changed safely later — by IOPIA or anyone else.

  • Practical AI

AI is used where it improves a defined task, with clear rules about data and with people kept on decisions that need judgment.

  • Clear scope

Work starts with an agreed description of what will be built and how it will be judged complete.

  • Honest about limits

We describe what we deliver, not outcomes nobody controls — no guaranteed rankings, results or perfect security.

Delivery model

How working together works

  1. Inquiry. You describe what you're trying to do through Start a project.
  2. Discovery. IOPIA learns how the business and its systems work today.
  3. Proposal. A written scope: what will be built or changed, and how it connects.
  4. Project. The work is delivered and documented.
  5. Managed service. Where it makes sense, IOPIA continues to maintain and support what was built.

Engagements are a defined project, a recurring managed service, or custom work that starts with discovery. Pricing depends on scope and is set out in each proposal.

Tell us what you're trying to do.

Describe the project or problem in your own words. Early-stage conversations are welcome — you don't need a finished brief.
