Frequently asked questions

Answers about IOPIA's services and how engagements work. Your signed engagement defines the agreed work and terms; website summaries do not replace it or limit rights preserved by applicable law. The policy pages explain the related website and privacy practices.

Choosing a service

How to find the right starting point among IOPIA's services.

How do I know which service I need?

IOPIA's services are organized into six categories, and each service page explains what is included, what is not, and who it fits. Start with the category closest to your problem — for example, CRM Setup & Integration covers customer records, while ERP Solutions covers orders, inventory, purchasing and finance. Most projects touch more than one area, and we can help sort that out during discovery.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

That's common. Describe what you're trying to do on the contact form and choose "Not sure yet" as your area of interest — that is a perfectly good answer. If you know what you need but don't see it listed, choose "Other" and describe it in a few words.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

IOPIA's Who We Work With page describes the businesses and situations its services are designed for. Initial outreach is US-focused. International business inquiries may be accepted after individual assessment before work is agreed; this is not a US-only service restriction. Each service page explains when the work may be a good fit.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

IOPIA delivers its services remotely and cloud-first; on-site services are not offered as a routine service. The one exception is Network Design & Consulting, where installation, cabling and other on-site work may be considered by special request, subject to scope, location and availability.

How do I get in touch?

Use the contact form or email support@iopiatech.com directly. The form asks for a phone number so IOPIA can call you back, but no public telephone number is listed on this website.

Discovery, proposals and project scope

What happens between your first message and the start of work.

What happens after I contact you?

We review your inquiry and reply by email to discuss what you need. From there, discovery clarifies goals, current systems and constraints so we can propose a scope and price for the work.

What types of engagements do you offer?

Engagements are a Project (one-time, scoped work), a Managed engagement (an ongoing, recurring service) or a Custom arrangement. Which one fits depends on the work and is agreed during discovery.

What document sets out the terms of my project?

Your engagement uses a signed master services agreement and scoped statement of work, recurring-service terms where applicable, and written change and acceptance records. Those documents set the terms of the agreed work. Website summaries do not replace them or limit rights that applicable law preserves.

How do I know what is and isn't included?

Service pages describe the types of work available. Your signed scope specifies the deliverables, inclusions, exclusions and responsibilities for your engagement. Additional technical implementation requires its own agreed scope; consulting and planning do not automatically include implementation.

Do you guarantee results such as rankings, leads or approvals?

IOPIA does not make general website guarantees of rankings, lead volumes, sales, advertising or app-store approvals, uptime or response times. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed for each engagement; any expressly agreed commitments and applicable legal rights remain in effect.

Customer responsibilities and access

What we need from you, and how access to your systems works.

How do you access my accounts and systems?

With your authorization, IOPIA can work in suitable existing accounts or create appropriate customer-specific accounts. Some platforms may be administered through agency or manager tools. Your engagement records account ownership, administrative access, permitted actions, billing, access duration, available exports and offboarding. Provider requirements still apply.

Do I need to create every account with Google, Microsoft or cloud providers myself?

You do not always need to create accounts yourself. With authorization, IOPIA can create or configure customer-specific accounts and can use appropriate agency/manager arrangements or disclosed shared IOPIA tools. Your agreement distinguishes customer-specific assets from IOPIA-owned infrastructure and records access, billing, exports and offboarding.

Do you deliver some services with IOPIA's own tools?

Sometimes. Some services can run on IOPIA-owned shared tools, subscriptions, automation or reporting infrastructure. Where they do, it is disclosed and agreed in advance, and the agreement sets out how your business's data is handled, exported or handed over.

Can you work with Google Merchant Center?

Yes. Google Ads Management can include Shopping campaign setup, management and optimization; Merchant Center setup or management of an existing account; and product-feed setup, maintenance and troubleshooting. IOPIA can use suitable existing accounts or create appropriate customer-specific accounts with your authorization. Merchant Center and feed work are scoped and priced for each engagement, and agency or manager arrangements must meet Google's requirements.

What will you need from me during a project?

Your scope identifies the access, information, content, approvals and feedback needed from you. Timeline estimates depend on those inputs and other stated dependencies. Any review, delay or rescheduling arrangements are defined for the engagement.

Can you work with health information, payment card data or other regulated data?

Work involving regulated or sensitive information requires a separate assessment of security, contractual and regulatory requirements before it is agreed. Do not send passwords, payment card details, health records or other sensitive records in an inquiry. Payment-provider architecture and any data-processing requirements must be assessed for the particular implementation; a provider's compliance status does not establish IOPIA's compliance.

Project timelines and change requests

How long will my project take?

Timelines are estimated from the work's dependencies, such as access, content and approvals, and are discussed during discovery. A firm deadline applies only when it is explicitly agreed in writing; the timeline field on the contact form is not a commitment from either side.

What happens if the project is delayed?

Missing access, information or approvals can affect a dependency-based timeline estimate. The engagement defines applicable delay and rescheduling arrangements, and a firm deadline applies only when expressly agreed. Changes to scope or price require written approval before additional work begins.

How is finished work reviewed and accepted?

Your engagement defines the deliverables, acceptance criteria and documented customer-acceptance process, including any agreed review or correction arrangements. Acceptance does not remove remedies that your agreement or applicable law preserves.

Pricing, deposits and third-party charges

How pricing works and which costs are paid to other providers.

Do you publish prices?

No. IOPIA does not publish fixed prices or packages. Pricing is proposed for each scope of work after discovery.

Is advertising spend included in your fees?

Advertising spend is separate from IOPIA's service fees. The engagement states whether your business pays the platform directly or IOPIA pays and rebills under a disclosed, agreed arrangement. Spending authorization, limits, renewals and any administration fee or markup are specified separately.

Who pays for hosting, cloud usage, licenses and subscriptions?

Your engagement specifies whether provider charges are paid directly by your business or through a disclosed, agreed IOPIA-managed or paid-and-rebilled arrangement. IOPIA fees, provider charges, usage, advertising spend and any administration fee or markup are identified separately, with spending authorization, limits and renewal arrangements.

Recurring services and cancellation

How do I cancel a recurring service?

Email support@iopiatech.com and identify the service, following the notice requirements in your agreement. For ordinary monthly services, the agreed billing-cycle boundary is the normal default, while more flexible arrangements may be expressly agreed, including for basic services. Your agreement specifies notice, the effective date, any minimum term and treatment of prepayments. Exercising an existing contractual cancellation right needs no additional discretionary approval.

What happens to prepaid or annual items if I cancel?

Unearned future management prepayments are refunded, subject to specifically agreed lawful commitments. If IOPIA stops providing the contracted service, the whole current period is not automatically earned. Provider subscriptions and credits are assessed separately under the agreed arrangement and provider restrictions; costs are not counted twice.

Refunds and disputes

Can I get a refund on a one-time project?

Cancellation uses an itemized closeout under your agreement: earned fees, documented work in progress, approved nonrecoverable commitments and disputed or defective work are reconciled, and the refundable unearned balance is returned. An advance is not automatically earned and costs are not counted twice. Requests beyond contractual or applicable legal entitlements require separate written approval; existing entitlements do not.

Can ad spend or third-party charges be refunded?

Provider charges and advertising spend are separate from IOPIA service fees. Direct provider charges follow the provider's terms and applicable rights. For agreed IOPIA-paid or rebilled charges, the closeout reviews actual costs and any supplier refunds or credits. A credit is not promised before checking its allocation and provider restrictions, and costs are not counted twice.

What if I disagree with an invoice or want to raise a concern?

Email support@iopiatech.com with the invoice or engagement details and your concern. We compare disputed charges with the agreement and delivery evidence, correct verified errors, and distinguish required remedies from discretionary concessions. Applicable dispute rights remain preserved; this contact route is not a waiver or a mandatory prerequisite to exercising those rights.

Ownership of domains, accounts, code and deliverables

Who owns my domain, ad accounts and other provider accounts?

Customer ownership is the normal default for domains and Google Business Profiles; IOPIA may create, configure or administer them with authorization. Exceptions must be expressly agreed and permitted by the provider. Your engagement documents each account's ownership, administrative access, billing and offboarding. Customer-specific assets are distinguished from IOPIA's agency and shared infrastructure; account creation does not imply permanent ownership or indefinite access.

Who owns the code, designs and other work you create?

Your agreement distinguishes your own data and assets, the custom deliverables created for you, IOPIA's agency and shared infrastructure, IOPIA's reusable materials and third-party components, and states the ownership, licenses, transfer conditions and any payment conditions for each. Customers do not receive IOPIA's entire platform.

Does IOPIA host my systems on its own servers?

IOPIA does not own a data center or operate its own physical hosting network; hosting runs on third-party provider platforms. The hosting arrangement is specified for your engagement. Services may use customer-specific provider accounts, disclosed IOPIA-managed subscriptions or agreed shared IOPIA infrastructure. Ownership, billing, access, data handling, exports and offboarding are documented separately. Do not assume that access to a service transfers IOPIA's underlying platform.

Support, maintenance and handover

What happens when an engagement ends?

You receive the handover files, available exports, documentation and access-removal arrangements set out in your agreement. Platform restrictions on transfer or export are disclosed before you sign, additional migration is scoped separately, and IOPIA does not withhold customer-owned accounts as leverage in a payment dispute.

Privacy and handling of customer information

A short summary; the Privacy Policy is the authoritative source.

Does this website use cookies, analytics or tracking?

The website currently uses no advertising pixels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or customer logins. Hosting and security providers process technical request information and may use security cookies depending on the configuration. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check against automated submissions, not analytics. The Privacy Policy explains the practices and applicable choices. Future analytics, advertising measurement or login features require updated disclosures and applicable controls before activation.

Will the website use analytics or customer logins in the future?

Possibly. Analytics, advertising measurement and customer logins are planned possibilities and are not active features of the current website. Before any activation, IOPIA will assess the tools and data flows, update privacy information and implement applicable consent or opt-out controls. Future plans do not authorize unrelated marketing or advertising-audience uploads of submitted inquiry details.

What happens when I submit the contact form?

The form sends your inquiry to IOPIA's inquiry service, which records it in IOPIA's inquiry database and then emails a notification to IOPIA's support mailbox. You don't need to open an email app. The confirmation page appears only after your inquiry has been recorded and shows a reference; you won't receive an automatic confirmation email. If the form can't record your inquiry, it says so and keeps what you entered. IOPIA then reviews the inquiry and contacts you by email or phone.

How do you use the information in my inquiry?

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, conduct related discovery and follow-up, prepare proposals you request and maintain appropriate records of those discussions. We do not sell it or share it for third-party marketing. We do not automatically enroll you in newsletters, upload submitted details to advertising audiences or use them for unrelated marketing. The Privacy Policy explains necessary service-provider processing and applicable legal disclosures.

How long do you keep my inquiry, and can I ask you to delete it?

The retention policy for ordinary inquiries that do not become engagements is six months after the last substantive inquiry-related exchange, subject to applicable legal requirements and documented preservation exceptions. A form inquiry exists in IOPIA's inquiry database and as a notification email in IOPIA's support mailbox; deletion is carried out by IOPIA rather than automatically. This does not set retention for engagements, contracts, invoices, logs or backups, or promise automatic deletion from every system. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@iopiatech.com. Requests are logged and identity or authority is verified proportionately, without unnecessary sensitive identification; applicable exceptions and legally required response periods are respected.
