About these terms

The website at iopiatech.com is operated by IOPIA LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. These terms concern use of the public website. They do not by themselves form a service engagement.

The website is for general information

Website content, service descriptions, examples and FAQs provide general information about IOPIA and the work it offers. They are not advice tailored to your circumstances or a binding quote or promise to undertake a particular engagement. IOPIA does not publish fixed prices; proposed scope and pricing are developed after discovery. Paid professional work is governed by its signed engagement and applicable law.

Services are provided under a written agreement

Services use a signed master services agreement and scoped statement of work, recurring-service terms where applicable, and written change and acceptance records. The engagement sets scope, deliverables, exclusions, customer inputs, fees, payment, timelines, acceptance, support and other applicable terms. An inquiry does not create an engagement.

For provider accounts or shared tools, the engagement records authorized actions, ownership and usable licenses, administrative access, billing, access duration, exports and offboarding. Customer-specific assets are distinguished from IOPIA agency/shared infrastructure and third-party components. Provider requirements and restrictions remain applicable.

Website summaries do not replace signed engagement documents or limit rights that applicable law preserves. The documents' detailed order of precedence and amendment rules are specified in the engagement. Standard documents remain subject to preparation and legal review; these summaries do not represent them as ready to sign.

Contact form and budget estimates

The contact form sends your inquiry to IOPIA's inquiry service, which records it and notifies IOPIA's support mailbox. Sending an inquiry does not create an engagement or commit you or IOPIA to any work. Please use the form for genuine inquiries; automated or abusive submissions may be blocked. The Privacy Policy describes how inquiry information is handled.

Any budget figures you enter are planning estimates, not quotes or payment commitments. Please provide accurate information and do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive records in an initial inquiry.

Illustrative previews and examples

Illustrative previews, including sample websites, dashboards and reports, use fictional businesses and sample data. They are not representations of client work, results or testimonials, and do not promise an outcome for your engagement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Website descriptions and examples do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, platform or app-store approval, uptime or response times. Outcomes may depend on customer inputs, third-party platforms and other factors. This statement does not remove an expressly agreed service commitment or any right or remedy that applicable law preserves.

Acceptable use of the website

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, send malicious code or unlawful content, impersonate others, misuse someone else’s information, or infringe rights through the website.

IOPIA may apply proportionate restrictions for website misuse and will document the reason. To report a mistaken restriction, email support@iopiatech.com. These website-use provisions do not authorize suspension of contracted services or withholding customer-owned accounts.

Website content and intellectual property

Website content may be owned by IOPIA LLC or used under permission or license. You may view the website and share links. Other reuse must respect the applicable rights and any permissions or exceptions available under law. Contact support@iopiatech.com about reuse permissions.

Third-party rights remain with their holders. Ownership and licensing of customer deliverables are defined in each engagement and are separate from rights in this website.

Third-party names and links

Third-party names are used to identify relevant products and services. They remain the property of their owners. Mentioning a provider does not by itself establish partnership, certification or endorsement. External websites have their own operators, terms and privacy practices; IOPIA does not control their content or availability. Nothing here removes liability or rights that applicable law preserves.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

IOPIA seeks to keep website information accurate and available, but content can change and the website may be unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These website statements do not replace service obligations in a signed engagement.

Governing law and disputes

Questions or concerns about the website may be sent to support@iopiatech.com. That contact route does not waive applicable rights or establish a mandatory precondition to exercising them. Service disputes are addressed under the applicable engagement and law.

Changes to these terms

We keep dated versions of these terms and notify affected people of material changes relevant to them. Any required notice or consent will be handled as applicable law requires. Website updates do not retroactively amend signed agreements, which follow their own amendment process.
