Who we work with

IOPIA works with businesses and organizations that depend on their website, systems and data, and want them planned, connected and maintained properly.

By business size

Where you are matters more than how big you are

Small businesses, startups and growing organizations

Teams putting their first proper systems in place, or outgrowing the quick setup they started with.

  • A credible website and business email on a domain registered to the business
  • A simple way to take inquiries, bookings or payments online
  • Marketing that can be measured from the first campaign

Established businesses needing modernization or ongoing support

Organizations with years of systems, spreadsheets and vendors that now need connecting, replacing or looking after.

  • Old systems and spreadsheets brought together without losing history
  • Repetitive work automated and reporting in one place
  • Someone accountable for keeping technology maintained and secure

By industry

Industries our services fit

These are examples of where IOPIA's services apply, not a list of clients. Each card shows an illustrative example with a fictional business and links to the relevant services.

Health, wellness and personal services

Appointment-driven businesses where scheduling, reminders and a trustworthy online presence matter most.

Local services, trades and automotive

Businesses whose work comes from calls, quote requests and local searches, often with staff out in the field.

Commerce, manufacturing and logistics

Organizations moving products and orders through several systems, where data and integration decide how smoothly things run.

Professional, property, education and community organizations

Organizations that handle many documents, clients or members, and need dependable everyday systems.

Sensitive and regulated information

Public-facing work and regulated systems are different projects

Websites, booking, marketing, business email and everyday office systems are ordinary business work in any industry. Systems that store or process regulated or highly confidential information — such as patient health information, payment card data, student records or confidential legal and financial files — carry obligations of their own.

Projects involving regulated or sensitive information require a separate assessment of security, contractual and regulatory requirements before work begins: what data is involved, which rules apply, what the business needs from its providers and whether IOPIA is the right fit. Card payments are handled through hosted payment providers rather than stored by IOPIA.

Don't see your industry?

The list isn't exhaustive

Many needs — a better website, connected systems, reliable email, useful reporting — are the same across industries. Describe your organization and what isn't working, and we'll tell you honestly whether IOPIA is a good fit.
