Problems solved
When this helps
- Campaigns spend, but the business cannot connect the results to inquiries or purchases.
- Ads reach irrelevant searches or audiences.
- Product data is missing, stale or inconsistent with the store.
- Merchant Center or feed issues prevent intended products from being eligible.
- Existing campaign structure, access or billing arrangements need review.
Who it's for
- Service businesses using Google Search campaigns
- Businesses reaching suitable audiences through YouTube
- Retailers advertising eligible products through Shopping campaigns
- Teams needing Merchant Center or product-feed setup, maintenance or troubleshooting
A good fit when the business has a clear offer or eligible product catalog, suitable landing pages and the inputs needed for the agreed campaign work.
Campaign work does not replace a suitable website or store. Video production, store development and additional implementation are separately scoped. Provider eligibility and approvals are not guaranteed. For Facebook and Instagram campaigns, see Meta Ads Management.
How it works
Campaigns, destinations and agreed measurement
Select a part of the diagram to see what it does.
- Agree whether Search, YouTube, Shopping or a combination fits the business's offer and scope.
- Prepare relevant campaigns and creative; Shopping work also uses Merchant Center and product data.
- Send visitors to a suitable service, product or landing page.
- Measure the agreed actions with appropriate permissions and privacy controls.
- Review campaign and feed information to guide agreed optimization and maintenance.

Implementation
How implementation works
Discover and scope
Review the offer or catalog, target market, suitable accounts, customer inputs and existing measurement. Agree the work, fees and customer responsibilities.
Authorize and prepare
Document account access, ownership, billing and spend limits. Check relevant Merchant Center, store and feed requirements where Shopping is included.
Build and check
Prepare the agreed Search, YouTube or Shopping campaigns, Merchant Center configuration and feed work. Check product data, destinations, targeting and applicable measurement permissions.
Approve activation
Activate only the agreed campaigns and spend after the required customer approvals and configuration checks.
Maintain and report
Perform the agreed campaign optimization, feed maintenance, issue review and reporting. The engagement sets cadence and support expectations.
- Project — a one-time implementation with a defined scope.
- Managed — a recurring service after launch.
Technologies
Platforms that may be involved
Platforms depend on the agreed scope and may include:
- Google Ads for Search, YouTube and Shopping campaigns
- Provider-permitted manager tools and customer-specific Google Ads accounts
- Google Merchant Center and the business's product catalog or ecommerce platform
- The business's YouTube channel and agreed video creative
- The business's website, store or landing pages
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking or CRM integrations only where separately scoped and appropriately authorized
Platform names are used to describe the work. They do not indicate a partnership or certification.
Questions
- Who owns the Google Ads account?
- The engagement records who owns the customer-specific account and data, who has administrative access, who pays and how offboarding works. IOPIA can use suitable existing or authorized new accounts through provider-permitted manager arrangements. Technical manager permissions do not by themselves determine contractual ownership, and Google's access and verification rules apply.
- Who pays for the ads?
- Advertising spend is separate from IOPIA service fees. Your business may pay the platform directly, or IOPIA may pay and rebill under a disclosed, agreed arrangement. Spending authorization, limits, renewals and any administration fee or markup are stated separately. Supplier credits depend on allocation and provider restrictions.
- Do you run YouTube ads?
- Yes, as a separate campaign type within Google Ads Management. Search campaigns reach people who are already looking for a service; YouTube campaigns show video ads to chosen audiences and are judged on views and the actions that follow. The business supplies finished video, or production is scoped and priced as a separate project.
- Can you promise a number of leads?
- No. Results depend on demand, competition, budget, customer inputs and provider decisions. The agreed work and reporting measures are defined for the engagement; website descriptions do not promise a particular sales or lead outcome.
- Can you take over an existing account?
- Yes, where the account and provider permissions are suitable. With authorization, IOPIA reviews the existing setup and arranges appropriate access or manager linking. Account history, ownership, billing and offboarding are considered before changes are agreed.
- Do you run Shopping campaigns and manage product feeds?
- Yes. Shopping is a campaign type within Google Ads Management, alongside Search and YouTube. The agreed scope can include Shopping campaign setup, management and optimization; Merchant Center setup or management of an existing account; and product-feed setup, maintenance and troubleshooting. Scope, fees, account permissions and recurring work are specified for the engagement.
