Problems solved
When this helps
- The current site is slow, hard to read on a phone or difficult to update.
- Visitors can't quickly tell what the business does or how to get in touch.
- The site was built by someone who is no longer available, and nobody knows how it works.
- Search engines show the wrong pages, or very few of them.
Who it's for
- Businesses replacing an outdated or hard-to-maintain website
- New businesses that need a credible first website
- Organizations whose site must connect to a CRM, booking or payment system
A good fit when the website needs to explain services clearly, generate inquiries and be maintainable without a full rebuild every few years.
Not the right service when the main need is an online store (see E-commerce Development) or a signed-in application.
How it works
From visit to inquiry
Select a part of the diagram to see what it does.
- A visitor arrives from search, a link or an ad.
- Service and company pages answer what the business does and who it is.
- The inquiry form captures the request.
- The inquiry reaches the business, and analytics record which pages led to it.

Implementation
How implementation works
Discover
Agree goals, audiences, pages and the integrations the site needs.
Structure
Plan the sitemap, page content and the path from first visit to inquiry.
Design
Design key templates responsively, then apply them across pages.
Build
Develop the site, enter content and connect forms and analytics.
Launch
Set up hosting, DNS and redirects, test, then go live.
Maintain
Optionally continue with ongoing management and improvements.
- Project — a one-time implementation with a defined scope.
- Managed — a recurring service after launch.
Technologies
Platforms that may be involved
The technology is chosen per project. A business website may involve:
- Static-site frameworks such as Astro
- A headless or file-based content workflow where it helps editing
- Cloudflare or comparable hosting and DNS
- Privacy-respecting analytics
- Form handling connected to email or a CRM
Platform names are used to describe the work. They do not indicate a partnership or certification.
Questions
- Can you work with our existing brand?
- Yes. A business website is designed within your existing brand guidelines — logo, colors and typography. Creating a new brand identity is not part of this service.
- Who writes the content?
- You can supply content, or content writing can be scoped as part of the project. Either way, the site structure defines what each page needs to say before design starts.
- What happens after launch?
- The site can be handed over with documentation, or continue under Website Management & Maintenance for updates, monitoring and improvements.
